Delivery & Order Details

  1. "While Stock Last" products are on a first come first serve basis, If we no longer have any stock of you selected item you will be contacted and offered either a refund or an alternative product -no discounts will be applicable for alternative products.
  2. We can deliver to 80% of UK mainland. You will be informed if we do not deliver to your area.
  3. Normal delivery service takes approx. 10-12 working days, unless otherwise stated.
  4. Minimum order of £30 applies
  5. Deliveries are all day weekdays usually between 8am and 6pm. Saturday delivery before noon may be requested, though cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to an additional charge.
  6. All orders over £100 must be signed for on delivery.
  7. Only one voucher code can be used per transaction and must be used before the stated expiry date
  8. Free delivery on all items on the Creative Garden Ideas website & garden care catalogue applies. However a small charge will be made for re-delivery if not at home when agreed.
  9. Deliveries will be made to the kerb side only.
  10. Deliveries of large items including dumpy bags and paving set are delivered by tail lift vehicles and pump truck, not crane off loads. Delivery will therefore be made to the nearest suitable spot on site.  This may be the nearest spot on the pavement if an unsuitable surface (e.g. gravel driveway) is present
  11. If for any reason your card has been declined you will be contacted via email, you will be asked to contact us within the next 14 working days with your card details so we can process the order for you. If we are not contacted within that time, we will assume the order needs to be cancelled.
