I must congratulate you on the personnel that you employ. 

Everyone that I have had cause to speak to has been polite, friendly and helpful.

Your delivery driver was absolutely The perfect delivery driver, if you had to design one he would be the bench mark you would set.

Your customer services were just as good, my wife took the phone call about the delivery and told me that the lady who spoke to her was and I quote "absolutely lovely"
